Sulfator – Gemini (2025) Review

Summary
Packed with energising, melodic riffs, Sulfator's Gemini is a solid melodic thrash metal release for the band's first full-length album. The combination of attention to melody and frenetic rhythms creates a really enjoyable musical experience, even so with the overall production quality and vocals being average. If you enjoy your martinis shaken and your medicine crushed and served with honey, you'll enjoy the frantic and accessible sci-fi themed aggression that Gemini is serving up.
Good
  • Solid riffing
  • Love the themes and atmosphere
Bad
  • Production is a little rough
  • Some of the melodic, neoclassical parts whiff
  • Vocals are the weakest element

The resident cave dwelling, chug loving, prog snob that doesn't like prog. You'll find me overindulging in mediocre music and rating it way too high.
