All That Remains – AntiFragile (2025) Review
Summary
Boy oh boy. There are some huge tracks in this one - if you've listened to the album already, you know which ones I'm talking about - and if you haven't yet, you will. And I'm going to be honest with you: it's impacting my overall score. Now, AntiFragile as a whole is a solid album full of what you expect from All That Remains, and I'm really satisfied with what's been released. The melodies are nicely complex and memorable; the rhythms are punchy, aggressive, and measured; the vocals are great all the way through; the songs are eclectic, and from start to finish I was having a great time. If there isn't at least one song on this album that you enjoy, drink some water and then listen to it again. Good
- Phil's vocals are great, with some very singable sections
- Solid melodies and leads
- Great riffing in general
- Drumming does a great job binding the rhythms and leads together
Bad
- Some of the softer choruses fall flat
