A massive surprise, XII delivers a wild journey through whimsy and aggression, mixing the two with great results throughout the album. The beauty of the clean passages and rawness of the grittier ones beckons the listener to resolving the dissonance whilst more deeply appreciating both. Good

- Finally some good progressive black metal that doesn't suck
